I spent days trying to find Paolo Olbi’s shop. His website lists three locations, two of which don’t exist anymore, and I don’t believe the location where I found him is listed.
There are not many people around who do what he does so well. His journals range in price from affordable to expensive - all exquisitely handmade, perfectly bound with fine paper he makes himself. It’s an art what he does of unique quality whose match I haven’t found in Florence or elsewhere in Venice. I found more pricier, lesser work for sure. Very happy I met him.
